Chances at Vandy, Harvard, Yale?

I'm almost done applying on the common app, I just have to finish my supplements and do my recording for the arts supplement. Right now my favorite college is Vanderbilt, but of course I'm applying to lots of others. I'm a National Merit Semifinalist who lives in Oklahoma, so I'm being pulled heavily by OU, and it's kinda hard to resist $46,500 a year :) Anyone who's experienced want to give me an opinion on my chances at Vandy, Harvard, and Yale? These are my top three.

Gender: Female
Race: white
Lives in: suburb of Oklahoma City
School: public, 2,000+ students
Major: Don't know. I want to do Pre-Med, so science would be the best option, but I would also like to have some sort of major/minor in music.
Income: Btwn. 80,000-120,000 (my parents don't tell me things)

Unweighted GPA: 4.0
Weighted GPA: 4.395
Unweighted Rank: 1/590 something. I don't know my weighted rank, I think a few are ahead of me because they took an extra AP class.
ACT: 32 (Reading 36, English 34, Math 28, Science 29, Writing 7, I had a bad day on that one)
No SAT yet, though I'm registered for October 1
PSAT: 213, National Merit Semifinalist in OK :)
AP Tests: English Language 4, APUSH 3, AP Euro 3, AP Chem 2. (I don't talk about chem)

This year's classes:
Instrumental Music IV
Jazz Band
AP US Gov
AP Calc AB (BC not offered)
AP Biology
AP English Lit
AP Statistics
(P.S. My school isn't big on AP. Out of the 9 AP classes I took/am taking, 3 of my teachers were teaching the class for the first time. You can imagine how stressful it was for me when my teachers had no idea what they were doing.)

ECs: I've been in band since 6th grade, marching band since 9th. I've been drum major for 11th and 12th grade, head drum major this year. I play flute for concert band, and have been first chair in the Wind Ensemble (out top group) 10th and 11th grade, and I'm pretty sure I'll be first again this year, though we don't audition til marching's over. I'm the pianist for our Top Jazz Band and have been since 10th grade. I've been to District Solo Contest 4 times and will go this year, and made 1's. I've been to State Solo Contest twice and also made 1s. I've been in Central Oklahoma Director's Association Honor Band (very competitive) for 3 years, and made All-State band 10th grade and All-State Orchestra last year. I've also won the Oklahoma Flute Society Solo Festival twice in my grade division. I also play in my church orchestra.
I was in Drama 9th-11th grade, have participated in a musical and several plays, and went to a few Speech Tournaments. Nothing big there. I quit this year due to the crazy teacher.
I'm in NHS, have been since 10th grade. I'm sure you all know what that entails. Lots of volunteering hours, including helping with Children's Sunday School at my church every Sunday.
I'm a member of HOSA. (Health Occupations Students of America) and I'm currently running for vice-pres.
As you can see, band is my big thing.

Awards: Lots of school awards in various subjects, National Merit SF, AP Scholar, and once I got 4th place in World History at the USAO Scholastic Achievement Meet.

Essays: I think it's pretty good, though I haven't gotten it back from my English teacher yet. If anyone would like to critique it, say so, I need some feedback.
Recs: Teacher recs should be good, though my counselor doesn't know me that well.

Those schools are a crapshoot for everyone.

Forgot to add:
I was in the Oklahoma Youth Philharmonia 9th-10th grade, and Oklahoma Youth Orchestra 11th grade & this year. This year I am the principle flutist. This organization is very prestigious and we perform in public often. Last year we performed at the World Creativity Forum an original piece by a Chickasaw composer for the showcase. (Their were dancers and amazing stuff.) We also selected about 1/3 of the orchestra (including me) to play along with the Oklahoma City Philharmonic. I played piccolo and was a soloist.
Also, I’ve been taking private lessons for 5 years with the Professor of Flute at Oklahoma City University.
I think that’s it. :)

The Band emphasis is apparent, and will definitely be a leg up. But there is no getting around that a 32 is on the lower end of Harvard/Yale admissions. Good luck.

You should be able to get into Vanderbilt with relative ease, If you can get your test scores up a bit it’ll be that much easier. Harvard and Yale are long shots for you, however you definitely do have a passion and being from Oklahoma is something of a hook for most top colleges, so give it a go and write some good essays.

Lots of luck.
