Chances at Wharton with no Business classes?

I don’t think i’ve ever taken any business-related classes … EVER in my high school career. ok maybe this elective called “business in life” in 9th grade but that totally doesn’t count as anything…

would it hurt my chances at wharton that i didn’t take any business classes?

nooooooooooooo

nah...because most business classes are regular level (not honors or AP)...unless u can take AP Micro or Macro economics

No this won't hurt you, and we actually prefer that students NOT take business classes in high school as we don't consider them to be rigorous courses at that level.

I didn't.... in my school, business classes are a joke and AP econ isn't offered

well I wish I knew that earlier :P I took 3 classes that were cp level

I took econ, which is a semester long required easy A class at my school. Wooo. I did do a lot of business things outside of school though. Again, I haven't been accepted, so its not like any of this is important.

WhartonAdvisor, do business activities, such as starting your own online business, really help out applications a lot?

darn, ive sacrificed ap english lang and comp to take hon. accounting. will this hurt me?

Wharton Advisor, I'm planning on taking IB Economics (my school only offers it SL), would this substitute for AP Micro (and) Macro Economics.
