(international) high school junior, starting my search 4 next year,

sats:
770 - m
710 - v
670 - w
(taking them again this june)

sat iis:
not yet, but taking them early next year. lit, math, bio. i expect 700 range for the first 2 and 600 range for bio (from the practice tests i have taken)

ecs:
tennis (will be 4 years varsity)
cross country (will be 3 years jv//varsity)
mun
orchestra - violin (but do not want to pursue in college)

(i have travelled overseas to represent my school in all these, have varsity letters, etc.)

i do lot of other randoms (like rock climbing) but my main ones are the top 4.

volunteer work:
worked (full time) at disabled school for 2 summers (this is an interest of mine), and again next summer
key club - vice president

work experience:
internship at law firm
internship with a newspaper

reccs:
one will be very good, the other fairly okay, but my counsellor loves me

essay:
have always been a good writer, so i assume it'll be fairly strong (and i'll work hard on it to make up for everything else :))

gpa: saved this for last, because it is my crippling factor: very low: about 3.3 cumulative

but i am doing full IB and am predicted fairly high for my subjects (one 5, rest are 6+7s). will this increase my chances (maybe make up for my gpa?)

i am an international student, go to a (fairly competitive) international school in asia, don't know how much that will affect.

i am looking at bryn mawr, wellesley, mt holyoke as my top choices, but i know they are reaches. if there is a chance of ED at either of the first 2 (especially bryn mawr) i will definately go for it. otherwise, what are my chances for RD? and what are better matches/ safeties for me?
