CHANCES?! Following schools..

Hello! I am a current senior working on my college apps and I just wanted some unbiased opinions. I want to know if you think my chances are good, or not so good for the following schools:
UCLA
USC
Vanderbilt
NYU
Chapman
Princeton
Cornell
Columbia
UCSB
Stanford
UChicago
UMichigan
UMiami

My stats:
1)I have an unweighted GPA of 3.7 and a weighted 4.2 (UC GPA 4.17) ** NO RANK, my school does not rank**
2) I have an SAT of 1820 and an ACT of 28 (I am DEFINITELY retaking)
3) I have been a class officer 3 years in a row (Sophomore VP, Junior President, Senior VP). In ASB at my school for 2 years (Tech Commissioner, Student Services Commissioner). Voting student member on my school's Student Services School Site Council. Jazz Band for 1 year (piano and vibes). Italian Club VP and Treasurer (2 years). Senior Leadership Council (VP). Regular member of other clubs (HEAL LA, Key Club). National Honors Society (1 year). President of a non-profit leadership organization (have held 3 other positions in the organization as well as the president position over 3 years). Volunteer at a local Library (summer). Student Facilitator for a government sponsored civic's education program. JSA member.

I know that my GPA is pretty decent but my standardized tests are not the best and need to be improved for like all the schools on the list above. My overall application is heavy on extracurriculars and specifically leadership activities.

SCHOOL INFO:
Graduating Class Size: 1100
NO RANKING

Ethnicity: White (Middle Eastern)

Thanks guys :)!

First off, Stanford, UChicago, Vanderbilt, Cornell and Columbia are never safeties for anyone. So, in your situation, they are reaches.

I know, this is not my final list or anything. I’m just considering these schools. There are alot of reach schools there, I’m not expecting any Ivy or ivy caliber admissions, and if it happens I would consider myself really lucky

Your ecs are definitely your strong point. You could probably get into nyu, chapman, and Ucsb. Your capable of getting into USC and ucla but it is iffy. The ivies listed are reaches.
