Chances for a 2nd Undergraduate Degree

So I'm a non-traditional student. Got a degree in economics already from ECU & a master's in accounting from UNCW. What are the chances I have of transferring into UNC next year for Kenan-Flagler, in-state?

Ethicity: Asian/Indian
HS GPA: 3.6, 4.25 weighted
Class rank: Not sure
SAT: 1410 (out of 1600); 680M, 730V

UGPA: <3.0
last 45 hours of non-degree coursework (all accounting pre-reqs, orgo I/II, and a couple electives) - 3.9
Graduate GPA: 3.7
GMAT: 720 (out of 800)

Didn't get recruited for Big4 this year (I believe due to my abysmal uGPA)

Should I just try to get an accounting job somewhere because my chances are slim or try to break in to Kenan & get a business administration degree, because I know several people that have very steady incomes due to those degrees from UNC.

Don't want to get an MBA b/c I feel like an MBA w/ no relevant work experience is done too often nowadays.

Did a little research, found out UNC does not allow second undergraduate degrees unless going into Health Affairs. Hypothetically, is it possible to go for a Public Health degree and transfer out/double major?
