<p>ahaha yea…The competitiveness makes my grades look horrible, especially for the UT and A&M rankings…so I’m really confused and worried…
Freshman Year I messed up and got like a 3.7 W Gpa, and so to make up for it I had to get a 4.1 or a 4.2+ during my soph. and 1st semester Junior years, but still my GPA is under a 4…</p>
<p>do you know if many of the top kids in your class are applying to the same schools as you are. if there are, your chances probably just went down</p>
<p>I don’t know about many of your schools besides Duke and Chapel Hill. Considering you live in Texas, Chapel Hill is going to be tough to get in to, and Duke is always tough, but you can do it if you work hard and maybe pull up your rank a little bit. Good luck.</p>

<p>@via - Well pretty much every1 in my school is gonna apply to UT/A&M considering they’re good colleges for a pretty cheap price due to being in-state…so yea…that’s what I’m worried about :(</p>
