I'll give you 25-30%.

You seem mostly all-rounded etc. believe me- I know how you feel, you want to do everything you can to make Princeton a security. Sadly, even though your qualified, it doesn't work that way.

The most you can do is pray and hope (I feel stupid saying this).

Anyways: What's your prospective major? Judiac Studies? Correct me if I'm wrong.

i mean this in the nicest way, but perhaps u should branch out instead of just doing judaism stuff.

lol yea, many have told me that.

No, I plan to major in political science.

insecure: how am I all-rounded???

He's showing passion, if he's aiming for a Judiac major but yeah try and show that your "passionate" and not just "obsessed"...no offense

In terms of academics with what I thought was going to be your prospective major (Judiac Studies).

Understand?

usually the term "all-rounded" is used to describe applicants who engage in many diverse areas; i.e., arts, athletics, activism, etc.

but I see your point.

So do you think my commitment to the Jewish-Zionist activism field is a negative or a positive?

u sound too deeply into one area (zionism = extreme)

No, zionism is not extreme. Zionism is essentially Jewish patriotism and the belief in the right of the Jewish people to have a national homeland.

In any case, aren't the Ivies looking for people with powerful, unwavering passions? so having a single area to which I devote my time and effort would be a plus, wouldn't it? (otherwise I'm screwed :( )

Zionism is an extremist position just as radical islam. thats why there r so many problems. remember the Ivies are well known liberals etc!!!!!

Buddy, go open your history textbook. The Zionist movement brought about the creation of Israel. Are you saying the concept of a Jewish state is as radical as fundamental Islam?

no, but good attempt at trying to distort my words!!!!!!!

all i am saying is that as you said ivies like those with 'unwavering passionS' not an 'unwavering passion' which many would argue as a little extreme!!

also, the israeli state was created by British foreign policy,

"Zionism is an extremist position just as radical islam"

I did not distort your words. You cannot be more explicit than this.

do u have AIM?

oh man... I am too tired to argue...
drop it.

yea, orrican

IM me.
