Chances for a transfer into Northeastern

I'll list my credentials first, then post a few questions I have to see if anyone can help me out.

I'm currently a freshman at Penn State University. I had a 3.5(3.2, 3.1, 3.8, 3.8) GPA in high school with 1910 SAT's. I now have a 4.0 at PSU taking Philosophy of Love and Sex, Criminology, Calc with Analytic Geometry, and Political Science. I ran indoor and outdoor track all 4 years, participated in TOPSoccer, and am now apart of the Democrats of PSU.

Is it easier to get in for Spring or Fall 2014?
Should I talk to an admissions counselor about visiting? (What I mean by that is will an official help my chances? My girlfriend goes there so I'll be visiting it unofficially a lot anyways)
Is there any easiest major to get into, or should I just apply for the one I want to take? I'm going to apply for Liberal Arts-Specifically Political Science so I think that might be one of the easiest majors.

bumppppppppppp

Someone please help me out

so no one?

Rigouous??

Ok that’s obviously not rigorous but I’m a liberal arts major, that’s actually useful and applicable.
