Chances for an MSc at Oxford?

Greetings,

Next semester, I will be a Junior (I took loads of APs) and will be considering graduate schools. I know this is a long shot, but I've always wanted to study at Oxford. But I was afraid that without much research experience (and probably will not in the next few months), I would either not get in or struggle greatly. But then I discovered this MSc in Politics Research

It seems like it's a program that instructs on how to perform professional political science research. After completing it I would either move onto a D.Phil program at Oxford or move back to the United States and complete a Ph.D at a university here.

This seems perfect for me. I am considering a doctorate, but even if I don't choose that path, this would be a valuable experience. I was wondering if there was anyone here who might know something about this?
My current GPA is 3.97, and I have many professors who are willing to write letters of recommendation. The GRE isn't required.

Thanks for the quick reply!

I plan to take the GRE in February.

I’m certainly going to visit before I matriculate (should I be accepted). Study abroad will force me to take less credits and graduate in Spring 2015 instead of the fall. Ox only has Fall matriculation so I’d be sitting around for six months lol
