My mother and her brother also went to Boston College, but neither are big donors

I think you have a decent shot. Something you should definitely work on is your GPA, and also extracurriculars. Remember, having meaningful extracurriculars (maybe something related to your major) is important. Your SAT scores look really good, and having legacy status may help as well.
