Chances for both admission and scholarship

Hey all, I'm a prospective student for Vanderbilt (current senior) and I would say that it is my top choice as of now. I will be applying for the Cornelius Vanderbilt Scholarship/Lanier Scholarship (I'm applicable as an Atlanta area applicant). I know these "chances" threads get old, but I can't help but post =].

GPA UW: 4.0
GPA W: 4.403
Class Rank: 12/482
School Type: A pretty competitive public school
ACT: 34 composite, 36 science (will be retaking just so I can do the writing, as far as I know Vandy requires writing but doesn't look at it, or even the test for which you took writing - a little odd)
SAT: 2090 (took a few years ago, will be retaking 1-2 times soon to try to pull it up)
SAT II: 760 Math 2, 690 US History (Retaking both along with an additional Physics)

I could have taken slightly better advantage of AP's junior year, but am taking a full load of APs (5/semester w/ health) this year. I have taken at least honors throughout high school.

ECs
-Varsity Baseball (11+12), JV Baseball (10) --- Have played baseball outside of school since I was 5, every summer, spring, and fall. I currently play for an academic team.
-National Honors Society (12)
-Science National Honors Society (12)
-Spanish National Honors Society (11+12) - Going for VP, and I am currently the liaison for a local middle school for a tutoring program.
-Mu Alpha Theta (Math Honors Society) (12)
-FBLA (9-12)
-Volunteer at my local library (a few hours a week, sort and shelve books, help out where needed, hopefully will start with more computer centered work soon)
-Volunteer for Ovarian Cycle (helps raise money for Ovarian Cancer, event I volunteered at last year raised over $130,000. I helped with admissions and money, as well as helped various cyclists and staff members. In addition, I helped to set up and take down the equipment.)

Awards
-Varsity Baseball Letter (11+12)
-Academic Letter (10-12)
-Scholar Athlete (11+12)

How do I stand for both admissions and scholarship? I understand that the scholarship program is extremely competitive, so I'm trying not to get "too" centered around getting one, but it would definitely help the financial burden (even with financial aid, Vandy would be a large hit). I believe that the biggest thing right now would be more leadership, which I am definitely working on. Thanks in advance for all who post, I appreciate the time.

PS. Would an interview be helpful in any regard for either of these?

hahahaha austin…

yoooooo austin

Hello Austin, way to be obvious
