Yeah, very good! ( RD I suppose) Just get that SAT score up.

Where in Pakistan did you go? Oh and I love Dubai!

Um, so you went to countries… okay. Did you DO anything there?
(Not to sound mean or anything. I too have been to many places but I wouldn’t put them on the application unless I was there with an organization or something.)

I actually used to live in Karachi, Pakistan. When i lived there, i attended KGS, Karachi Grammar School. I moved here around 10 years ago.

OhGod, the answer your question is that no, i did not go there with any type of organization. I went to those places for family vacations–to sightsee and learn about different cultures. It saddens me when some people tell me they don’t know what the Notre Dame is or what the capital of Swizterland is (Bern, not Zurich).

When I tell people about where I was born (St. Petersburg) they’re either like, “Florida?” or “where’s that?” I was born in Russia and usually these people know I’m Russian, so when they ask that they’re just being ■■■■■■■■. Also like that one time I was talking about the soviet union and the person was like “what is that?” :(

So I can definitely relate to people being stupid about anything outside of the US, and visiting places for family vacations/sightseeing. For one of my supplements they asked what they did during the summer so I remember I put something about getting in touch with my heritage (visited Russia again), which was true. Maybe you could draw on your experiences for an essay, but all I’m saying is the list on itself seemed kind of arbitrary when you look at what the application process requires.

anyone else?
