Chances for Cell/Molecular Bio grad school?

I'm a transfer student, about to finish my undergrad. I completed ~2 years at the university I'm at now and 2 at a previous one. I did really bad for the first two years and really good for the most recent two years. GPA for this last school alone is 3.795. Cumulative GPA is 3.26. Literally ALL my biology classes were from the recent school. I've gotten all As so far in all my bio classes (around 12 so far), except one in which I got a B+.

I have no research experience, and I realize this is going to be a huge problem, so I plan to dedicate this summer, all of next year, and next summer to doing research so I can add it to my resume. Also I'll get a feel for what lab work is like and see if I change my mind about grad school.

I plan to apply for not next year but the year after. What are my chances at:

A. University of Chicago (this is my target one. It's ranked #13 for top biology schools)
B. Top tier universities (Let's say top 25)
C. Middle tier universities
