<p>Thisis pretty unusual treatment for a top athletic recruit. Coaches by this point should have been able to tell you whether you’re in or not. They’ll tell you the AI you need to have and calculate it for you. They’ll make sure you get clearing house approval and often a likely letter.</p>

<p>A coach saying he’ll put in a good word for you is not recruiting you.</p>

<p>d3 schools dont use clearing house first of all. you don;t get accepted just because youre a recruit. there is no commitment letter. Please know what you’re talking about and then post ok?</p>

<p>OK, I’ll try. But I’ve been sending recruited athletes to D3 schools for 2 decades. They know when they have a commitment. D3 schools absolutely can and do issue likely letters. Coaches absolutely know who they can get in.</p>
