Chances for Georgetown, Johns Hopkins, and American?

Hello!
I'm a junior and I just did college tours, which has made me more curious than ever about my chances (I'm sure many juniors and most seniors can relate). My top choice is Georgetown University School of Foreign Service, but I'm also very intrigued by Johns Hopkins, American University, and University of Maryland. At any school I'm going to go into international relations with a focus on foreign policy. Quick outline about me:

Approximate unweighted GPA (converted from 4.5 to 4.0 scale): 3.85
Approximate weighted GPA (converted from 4.5 to 4.0 scale): 4.28
Highest SAT score to date (retaking in June): CR 690 M 730 W 760 combined 2180
By the end of the year I will have taken many of the hardest classes my school offers including (of 29 classes): 10 APs, 3 advanced honors, and 8 honors
Planning on taking 3 subject tests
Spanish through AP Spanish (junior year) and an independent project senior year, 4 years of French, and 1 year (senior year to replace Spanish) of German

Extra curriculars:
I'm very involved in my Jewish youth group (yes I know it's a Catholic school) and have served as chapter president and on multiple regional and international committees
Key Club since freshman year and I'll be VP next year
I'm the local president of an organization that helps kids and adults with special needs and I've been volunteering with them since 8th grade
Temple band and music outside of school
For summer programs/ trips I've gone on two leadership based summer programs, a judaism based summer program, and I did a study abroad in Argentina
For other stuff I've gone to the AIPAC policy conference, I do a lot of leadership stuff, and I volunteer around my community

Also, if you have any ideas for schools in the DC/ Maryland area that sound like a better fit or safety for me, please let me know! Thanks in advance for your help, and feel free to ask me to chance you in your answer because I'd be happy to!
