Chances for getting into masters

Hi there, I am an undergraduate junior at Duke with a GPA of 3.0 majoring in BioMedical Engineering. I have a few C grades here. I have past industry and research experience. I am confused as to which direction to go now - for example: Do I even have any chances of getting into masters with my GPA and C grades in some of my subjects in the past? If so, which colleges would you recommend? I am trying to understand this before investing time preparing for GRE. What do graduate schools look for specifically? Thanks in advance for any insights/advice. I assumed initially that being at Duke and that too BME (which is very tough) will fetch me opportunities like summer internships easily, but that doesn’t seem to add much value and I have a few rejection letters from the big companies I interviewed with. I don’t feel much sense of accomplishment in terms of finding time for more creative hands-on practical skills other than having drowned myself slogging to finish assignments/tests/trying to meet expectations for grades. I feel lost and am questioning the decisions I made so far. I am realizing that the way to learn more and develop more skills is to do masters, but am not sure if my doors are closed at this point due to my GPA or C grades. Does the reputation of graduate school matter for future? Should I move away from BME for masters? Does this field have enough scope as there don’t seem to be as many options as Comp Sci or some other field? What should I do now to make my prospects better for getting into masters? I would greatly appreciate any advice. Thanks a lot.
