Chances for Graduate School at Towson?

Okay so I want to apply for Towson's Applied Technology MS degree.

I'm currently at the California State University of Fullerton getting a BA in the Business Administration with a concentration in IT.

Towson's required GPA for admissions states on their site that a 3.0 GPA would be full admission and 2.5 would be conditional admission for the degree. It doesn't require GMAT or GRE testing, or even any letters of recommendations.

My problem is that I have so many GPAs on my transcript that I don't know what my chances are.

If one were to look at my overall Business Admin GPA it would be 2.7 but if they looked at my IT concentration GPA it would be a 3.5. Overall (including non major courses such as GEs) I would have a 2.96 GPA.

Looking through their application online it doesn't really give me any sections where I can explain my GPA so when they receive my transcript will they still give me any chances?

So what do you guys think, do I have a chance at getting in at all? It's all so stressful!

edit: I would also be coming in as an out of state student, I'm not sure if that reduces my chances more or not.
