Extracurriculars:

Student Council - 1 semester
Swimming/Diving Manager - Started this school year
I was only in student council for a semester because the meeting overlapped with orchestra rehearsals, and orchestra rehearsals were mandatory and were a part of my orchestra grade.
As for ECs, I plan on applying to NHS and continuing LGBT Alliance Club. I am going to join Spanish Club, and I want to start a club that tries to spread mental health awareness and educates the public on current issues regarding mental health. I plan on making a curriculum for the club, and then getting signatures from students saying they would participate in that club.

Hey dude! I’m applying to the Indiana Academy too! Your chances are pretty good. My old Spanish teacher went there and she said it’s not too difficult to get in nowadays. Your SAT is above what they ask for and your grades are really good.
it sucks that they don’t release any admissions stats, like average sat or acceptance rate. I just want to go to a great school
@bsudoc1120 Same, it would make me feel better
