Stats:
-White, female, Nevada.
-Interested in liberal arts colleges, mainly because I'm an academic and philosophical sort of person who likes the dynamic of small schools.
-Possible majors: Neuroscience/biology/biochemistry/environmental science/English/psychology/philosophy.
-GPA: Not sure because my school is weird, but probably will end up being something like 3.95 UW. I have had 1 B+, 1 A- and the rest are A/A+.
-My school doesn't have AP classes because it is on the campus of the University of Nevada, Reno. I take almost all dual enrollment college classes with regular university students.
-Rising HS senior, but younger than most (graduating early). I'm 15 and will be 16 when I enter college, so I want a place where I'm going to feel comfortable and safe. However, I'm considering deferring for a year and going on a foreign exchange program during the gap year.
-2250 (super-scored) SAT: 690 Math, 800 CR, 760 Writing. 35 ACT Composite: 35 English, 35 Reading, 35 Math, 34 Science, 9 Writing. Subject Tests: 780 Bio E, 780 Lit, 800 Math II. 226 PSAT, so likely NMSF.
-ECs: Choir, started the environmental club at school and we do cool stuff, Student Council, the Youth City Council in my city (I am on several subcommittees), Newspaper, Community Crusaders. Probably 50+ community service hours from this past school year. I will be tutoring younger students in my school's Writing Center this upcoming year. I'm also hoping to work in a biology laboratory this year.
