Chances for mcgill, queen's, ubc, and u of toronto

Hello all,

I'm currently a Canadian citizen living abroad in Bangkok, Thailand attending an International School. I have just finished my 1st semester of my senior year and going into my second soon. Our school's main curriculum is IB and an American High School system. McGill has been my number 1 choice as far as I can remember, and now I'm getting nervous that my grades aren't as amazing as I want them to be. I've already applied, i just need some feedback.. I'm also applying to the arts faculty (econ) in queen's, ubc, and u of t as well, so if you could tell me my chances on those also.

So, what are roughly my chances to get in?

By the way, I take 4 IB Classes and 3 non IB. 3 are higher level and one is standard. I am applying for the McGill arts faculty (economics). I do have a ton of extracurriculars, but I know Mcgill doesn't even glance at those
