<p>I'm applying as a freshman for the fall of 2011. 0-9</p>
<p>-2150 on the SAT with an 800 on the writing section
-I started a service club at my school that collects, sorts, and donates medical supplies for various charities Im currently the president of it.
-Member of NHS, Spanish Club, Multicultural Club, and Rotary Interact Club (I have about 150 logged community service hours)
-Staff writer for my schools newspaper
-5 on the AP English Lang. Exam, 4 on AP Psych and US History
-Im taking AP Biology, AP Calculus, AB, AP US Government, AP Microeconomics, and AP English Lit. during my senior year.
-4.53 GPA, Im ranked third in a class of around 390
-Ive played varsity basketball, volleyball, and track during high school.
-Ive participated in various Duke TIP summer programs
-I won my category at the Florida State Science Fair in 2007 (end of 8th grade, Im not sure if colleges will care about this)
-Ive taken singing lessons for three years, piano lessons for one.
-My admissions essay made my English teacher cry while she was proofreading it for me. Im a cancer survivor, so I wrote about how that experience has driven me to pursue a career in medical anthropology and public health. </p>
<p>Oh, and one more question: Should I register to take the SAT again in January? I applied regular decision to all of these schools and I'm taking the SAT II subject tests in Literature, Biology, and US History. </p>
