Chances for Rising Senoir

<p>Hello I am a rising senior (as title states) and was wondering what chances were for UGA.
Stats:</p>

<p>In state student though moved nearly a year ago from Iowa.
Of Asian Ethnicity </p>

<p>School Stats</p>

<p>GPA UW: 3.55
GPA W: 3.76-3.77 </p>

<h1>of AP's at end of Senior year: 8 (9 if you count micro and macro as different classes)</h1>

<p>Honors: 5 (in my old school we simply didn't have that many honors courses)
1 dual enrollment course</p>

<p>ACT: 29
10/12 on essay portion.</p>

<p>EC's
Debate nearly all years of HS and plan on doing senior year as well. Starting this year began to help teach novice debaters.
Logic and Rhetoric club (like debate but much less formal)
Philosophy club
Mock Trail (didn't compete due to timing of club but we did have a few meetings and discussions and was an official club).
Library Volunteering 60-80+ hours (cant think off top of my head)
Summer internship in Lab (various jobs but all related to Gene Tech and biotech in some way ongoing but will have 80hrs)</p>

<p>When stacking you up against this year’s profile, you sit in the average range. That GPA is a little low, but you have excellent course rigor and a decent ACT score. I think you might have a good chance. Apply early for sure.</p>
