I'm from New York and the main school I'm really interested in is Rutgers New Brunswick. If I average out my gpa for my three years thus far I have about a 3.4 gpa unweighted. My junior year I was on the honor roll all 4 quarters with a 3.7 gpa. I've taken the SAT twice and I got a 1690 on the June one and I'm planning to probably take it again in the fall just to get some more study time and a few extra points. I think academically I may just make the cut but I'm really lacking in extra curriculars and BY THAT i mean I have little to none. i've heard Rutgers doesn't typically look at that because they get so many applicants and stuff but I still wonder if that'll hurt my chances a bit? I don't know. I also plan to major in history if that affects anything. Does anyone have any idea whether I'd have a chance of getting in?

ALSO(ahhh i’m sorry i forgot to mention!) i’m an AP student.

should be fine

My son had similar numbers at the end of junior year, maybe a tad lower. He was accepted as an undeclared major.
