Chances for Stanford, UCBerkley, Columbia, UPenn?

Hello everyone:
So my AP test scores came back and I am not very happy with them at all. I am a rising junior and I am starting to get more and more concerned with my chances at getting into my desired colleges. The recent results from the tests brought my confidence down by a lot. Could anyone please evaluate me and see if I still have a chance at getting into schools like Stanford, Berkley, Columbia, UPenn, etc? (Those schools specifically though.)

Grades: (Based on grades shown on transcript) Also, my school uses the 93+=A (no A-, B+, etc.) grading system, so I am using the GPA chart posted by Collegeboard to grade myself since I heard that colleges will use their own grading systems to evaluate students. How to Convert Your GPA to a 4.0 Scale Also, do the number grades matter a lot? Like if I got a 94 in one class, would it be a let down even tho it's still an A since the percent is lower than, let's say, a 96?

And obviously, H=honors, AP=advanced placement, IB=international baccalaureate. And of course, CV Eye and PE are not weighted.

Freshman Year:
GPA: UW-3.9, W-4.7 (4.0 is max, rly)
H Alg 2 (A-)
H German III (A)
PE (counts as a grade in my school) (A+)
H Bio (A+)
CV Eye (school newspaper, also counts as grade) (A+)
H Eng 9 (A)
H Chinese III (A)
AP World History (A)

Sophomore Year:
GPA: UW-3.9, W-4.6
AP Physics B (A)
PE (A+)
H Precalc (B+) (had a really sucky teacher)
CV Eye (A+)
H Eng 10 (A)
AP Human Geo (A)
H Chinese IV (A+)
AP German IV (A+)

Junior Year (Planned):
IB Chem HL1
IB Bio SL
IB English HL1
CV Eye
IB Theory of Knowledge (alternates with PE)
IB Chinese SL1
IB Math HL1
IB History of Americas HL1

Test scores (I have not taken the SATs and ACTs yet, but I'm well aware that I need 2100+ on SATs and 32+ on ACTs to be competitive. I also took an SATII subject test just to see how it was like and failed miserably, so obviously I will not be showing that score to colleges.)

AP exams:
World History (4)
AP Physics B (2)
Human Geography (4)
German (3)

So obviously, I do not have much to show for in regards to AP scores. That 2 in Physics is seriously bugging me...I heard that it will discredit my A in Physics due to me failing the test. In all honesty, I agree; while looking over online discussions regarding the test, I could clearly tell that the difficulty in my class was not up to par with the difficulty on the exam. Despite me getting a 2, should I still send it to colleges anyway as a way to be honest and to show that I attempted it? I know a 3 is not very good either, but I heard that for foreign language exams a 3 is considered pretty good. I'm not happy with 4s either, especially since human geography was supposed to be really easy, but I'll take it. However, what will the 2 do in my chances to get accepted into my specified schools?

Anyways-

Extracurriculars:
-School newspaper
-Musician (piano)-I'm not super "active," but I play annually in a concert hosted by the music organization that I am a part of.
-Competitive swimming-I swim year round, every day (except Sunday) for 3 hours after school and on Saturday. I have qualified for Winter Junior Nationals, and I am trying to qualify for Summer Junior Nationals (which is faster.) I have also qualified for meets such as Grand Prix, and YMCA Nationals (my team is a YMCA team.) I have been told that I am fast enough to get recruited for schools such as UPenn, Columbia, and Berkley (a little less of a chance with Berkley though, since only my best events would be able to get in the higher ranks). I am only able to match up to Stanford with my best stroke, backstroke, and just barely too. I have been swimming for all of my high school years so far, and will continue to do so. I do not swim on the high school team.

Other things to know:
-I am planning to apply for NHS this coming year
-I am a part of my school's World Language Honors Society (it's not National, though)
-I have earned silver and honorable mention awards in the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards (I got a gold in middle school, so I do not think that counts)
-I have taken the Special Interest SciTech course (for gifted students) for all of my high school years so far. I will be taking it junior year as well.
-I enjoy drawing and writing creatively as hobbies (should I state this in my acceptance essay?)
-Average UW GPA is 3.9, and average W GPA is around 4.6, 4.7 (4.0 is highest in my school, though)
-I am currently ranked 10th in a class of approx. 620 students with a weighted grade of 104 and an UW grade of 95 (forget the exact decimals; math really brought me down)

Also, I am not sure if this matters, but I am currently 15 (turning 16 later this year) and Asian (yes I know for an Asian my math stinks.)

Everything stated in the above is currently what is going on. My main concerns include my AP test scores and my GPA. Can anyone tell me if I am on the path to going to my dream schools? Thank you!

No score, no chance. Work hard at school and prep for SAT/ACT over the Summer. Post back when you have scores.

Agreed…Best to have all your scores laid out before we assume anything… IMO you should retake your APs (if your class if less challenging then maybe you can teach yourself?)

I know that my SAT/ACT scores will determine a lot…but excluding those scores, how do my grades look? Are they good enough for my aforementioned schools?
