I am only applying for Stevenson, and this will be my first and last chance to have a chance to go to a boarding school.

I lived in United States for 6 years until 6 months ago. Now, I reside in South Korea. I am fluent in Korean and English. My grades are not phenomenal, but they are above B's. I attended one of the top private schools in Colorado for 4 years (all of middle school and my freshman year). I will be applying for 10th grade for 2013.

I have been swimming year round for 10 years, and was ranked in top 10 in Colorado. My swim coach will also be writing a letter of recommendation. I also played clarinet for 5 years. My recommendation letters from Korean teachers were amazing, but my grades here were average. However, I do not know how this will play out as I have only attended this Korean school for a semester.

I have been studying for SSAT for about a month now, and I believe I will score above 90 (maybe not verbal) in all three subjects. I have my skype interview scheduled in a couple of weeks.

So should I look forward to this school? Or will I have no chance at all... Will there be many kids applying for 10th grade?
