So target schools would be schools that I have a reasonable chance at but are not shoo-ins? And would you say colleges like Duke and Cornell are extremely high reach or just reach schools for me?
I know its so hard to tell based on this limited info, I'm just trying to figure out which schools I should bother to go and visit. (I don't want to take time off school and spend a lot of money if my chances are very slim to none)
Also, April 1st seems like forever away and I have no idea what I'm going to find in my mailbox!!

I think you have to go on the college websites and check your stats against what their students typically have.

Sorry, I just don't know many of these colleges. If I were you, I wouldn't waste my time on Duke, that's for sure. My d hasn't--she's smart but she doesn't have the stats, etc.

How impressive that you have such high scores when you have traveled so much. You must be pretty focused. It's great that you have a goal already.

Have you considered attending college where they have a vet school? Each vet school probably accepts a certain percentage of their own undergrad college students. You should know that it is extremely hard to get into vet school, harder than getting into med school, because there are so few vet schools in the U.S. compared to med schools.

It's awsome how you want to be a vet :)
I'm that familiar with many of these school but I think most of them are probably gonna be matches. Good Luck waiting for your acceptance letters.
