Chances for UCLA, Northwestern, Tulane, Columbia and more

What are my chances for UCLA, University of Washington, Pomona, Northwestern, Michigan, Tulane, UNC, Georgetown, Columbia and Brown? I'm a senior at one of the top high schools in the country. I know my GPA is low for some of these schools, but I had an extremely difficult course load and my lowest grades were freshman and sophomore year when I missed a lot of school for migraine and concussion problems. I am applying to Michigan, Tulane, UNC and Georgetown early. Thanks for your help!
