Chances for UW-Madison??

Hello can someone please tell me my chances of getting into University of Wisconsin Madison.

(As of junior year)

GPA-3.57
Weighted-4.2

My GPA suffered a lot from my freshman year but there has been an upward trend since then in my grades. Currantly, junior year, I am taking 3 APs and a dual credit class and next year I am taking 5 APs and a dual credit class.

I am an Illinois resident applying out of state to UW-Madison. I plan on majoring in political science and I currently I have an internship with my congressional representative and I am a volunteer for the state gubernatorial election.

Varsity Poms/Competative Dance-4years and captain
National Honors Society
Coach for local Special Olympics dance group-3yrs
Studio Dance-9 years
Part Time job at local ice cream parlor-2years

I am planning on taking SAT subject tests to help possibly making up for my GPA.

Probably a match or high match as an OOS applicant – strong SAT, but you should try to improve the GPA.

Improving grades make a difference- continue to study.

There is a good chance that you can get in; if you improve your GPA, it will exponentially increase the probability.
