Both my teachers for my recs have loved me, and my counselor adores me. I think my main concern is if my SAT/ACT scores will hurt my chances at acceptance. Thanks for any input!

Are you planning to take SAT or ACT again?

Nope. 10 char

I figured the amount of time I'd put in to raise my score would be time better spent on college essays and maintaining senior year grades, etc.

From your stats, your definitely a viable candidate. The other intangibles will be your deciding factor. BTW, there is no Finance Major at Y.

Best of luck to you

bbbbbbbbbbumppppp

Retake SAT may not be a bad idea.

Good luck.

agree with johnxwang.

I like your ECs, they are focused and you seem to be very active in them. But, as others have said before, your SAT I is well below the average for Asians applying to Yale.

it seems to me that t26e4 is an admissions officer, or maybe even jeff brenzel

you seem to be repeating this in a couple places, imanouter - but let's hope t26e4 is NOT an admissions officer, because if the admissions officer @Yale would substitute "your" for "you're," I'm not so sure I want that person to be the person who determines the next four years of my life.

ever heard of a typo?

the probability that a typo would yield the same result as a common mistake is in this case very low, since the typo would involve accidental omission of BOTH an apostrophe AND the final e.

So yes, but I'm not buying it.
