Try the ACT.

My D is similar; great grades and ECs, great fit but not great scores. They do have a rep of being holistic in their admissions and admitting people who they think are a great fit. How rigorous is your high school in general and is there any history of students going there?
Have you visited or interviewed?

Are you applying ED or RD?
I am in the similiar situation.
fit SATs, Great ECs and GPAs.
I am international need FA , that's even more competitive.

At the time of applying I had a similar gpa and equivalent ECs. Although I had higher scores, I took the ACT which I did much better on than the PSAT. The PSAT projected that I would get a 600 on math but I got a 35 on math on the ACT. If you still have time I would definitely take the ACT.
I think you have a great shot. Play up the leadership. Write really honest essays. Edit your essays, many MANY times. Express interest. And you may be able to make up for that less than perfect SAT.
Honestly I think the SAT is stupid but it matters in admission, but it doesn't count for everything. I think CMC is really good at picking out people who may have weaker SATs or GPA who are still extremely smart and motivated and fit in really well.

I am also from PA. I wish you the best of luck and if you have any more questions feel free to message me. :)
