<p>UW GPA: 3.86 or so (not completey sure, in this range)

<p>class rank is top 1-2% (500+ students)</p>

<p>AP's: World History, Stats, Calc BC, Physics C Mech, U.S. History, AP Eng. Lang.

Java Programming

Physics: Light, heat, modern, etc</p>

-Research (been doing since 8th grade; independent research at home; have worked in a lab once though; I've developed a product/design which I'm getting patented and hopefully will be marketing soon)
-Fencing (since 8th grade)

I think around 150 - 200 hours or so, not completely sure.</p>

<p>You've got just as good a chance as any other well-qualified candidate. What exactly those chances are, whose to say?</p>

<p>You should get your ACT scores up to 34-35 to have a decent shot...good luck tho</p>

<p>Do you have any other elite, private schools on the list that you'd like to apply early to? If not, go with Stanford. If so, figure out which one you like the most and apply to that one, not the one you think you have the best chance at.</p>
