Chances of admission for international students in MA IR programs?

Hi everyone!

I'm fairly new to this process and could use some input! I want to do a MA in International Relations; am thinking about doing dual MA / JD.

I'm an international student from continental Europe, doing a Joint BSc in Economics and Politics in the UK right now.
Languages: English, French and German (all fluent) and basic Korean.
Very little work experience though (European Parliament and French parliament internships for one month each, three months as research assistant in a Korean university).
GRE scores: Q 160 (84%), V 166 (97%) and AWA 5.

What kind of schools should I target? I'd originally been looking at George Washington, Georgetown and Berkeley because I have a decent chance at getting into those law schools. Now I am wondering if I might have a shot at even better schools for IR (disregarding law school chances)? What is realistic? I'd really appreciate your input! The only major criteria are that it be an IR program (core IR, foreign policy or security studies would all be interesting) and I would like to be in a real city (read 2mio plus inhabitants ...)

Thanks everyone!!
