Chances of being accepted with likely letter?

<p>Hi! If you receive a likely letter (I’m an athlete), what are your chances of getting in? If it helps, I will be applying ED II.</p>

<p>There is no ED II application option. However, a likely letter basically means that your chances of getting in are >90% if you keep your grades up. Have you talked directly to the coach?</p>

<p>Basically it’s a 100% commitment from the school.</p>

<p>If you get a LL, you’re in unless YOU screw something up major (expulsion, fall off the cliff academically, felony, fake application documents, etc.). </p>

<p>But these are the same things that would cause any college to withdraw an offer to you, likely letter or not.</p>
