Chances of getting in: undecided undergraduate VS bio-medical engineering?

Hello everyone!

I am very interested in USC's bio-medical engineering program, but I am not 100% sure if I want to pursue it. I was wondering, if I were trying to get accepted to USC, will the chances increase a bit for me if I applied as an undecided major? Or is it the same if I chose bio-medical engineering as an undergraduate?

Also, say that I got in as an undecided major.
Will I be able to choose bio-medical engineering no problem later?

Thanks
