I played basketball Freshman and Sophomore year (captain Sophomore). Also my school is one of the most competitive public schools in California. What are my chances?

You seem like you have a pretty good chance.
The typical unweighted GPA average is 3.7
Your SAT score is pretty good, a bit above average.

Nice amount of AP classes and honors.
Dedication to a sport for 2 years, and especially being a captain.
Dedication to a link group for 2 years, helping others and being a leader.
Volunteering in numerous places for 4 years.

So yeah, you have a pretty good chance, it all depends on how you display yourself on your application and your personal story
