Chances of getting into Clemson

<p>I just got my ACT back and I got a 21, Im not a good test taker at all because I cant finish the test.</p>

<p>My grades are good though. I have a 4.46 W GPA, some honors like chemistry, physics, us history, italian. Im 7/185 so thats top 5%. I have a good amount of volunteer service and ecs. </p>

<p>Although before I transferred to my new hs, my grades werent that good, only a 3.1 gpa. But I explained all this on my personal essay.</p>

<p>Anyway, anybody have an idea if they think I can get into clemson, Im from IL</p>
