Chances of getting into NYU, BU, UW, ect.?

What are my chances at these schools? What other great schools do I have a chance in?
I plan on applying to NYU, BU, UW, UCSD, Pepperdine. Do you think those are reach schools for me? If so, then my actual "reach" schools are galaxies away... I don't even want to mention them!

Anyway...

I can estimate ~400 hours of community service. Really proud whenever I do volunteer work.

Interested in majoring in journalism and international communications, or along the lines of pre-med and Biology. I am very passionate in all.

BU and UW are good targets if you were to get around 1800-1950 on your sat’s. The others will be difficult to get in even with a 300 point increase in your SATs, but I believe you can get accepted into at least one of them, in no small part due to your great ec’s. Your schedule for senior year seems very rigorous, how are you handling the load it so far?

Thank you, HelloNelly. The year has only started and I’m going on my third week of senior year. Honestly, I’m not finding it difficult at all. It feels as if my extra curricular activities are what I’m spending most of my time on! Then again, the year has just begun. I’ve learned how to balance my time throughout the years.
I forgot to mention that my GPA has only been advancing since sophomore year, and I’m quite proud of myself for that.
Really hoping to reach at least a 1900 on my SATs in October. We will just have to see how I do!
Not that this matters much, but I’m unfortunately from the state with the lowest ranking in education nationally.
