chances of ivy league

ok so i want to go to either a new york college or a north carolina college, but i want to make sure im most prepared for the application process. these are my classes and grades so far for high school:

9th grade: english honors A, history honors A, bio honors B, french A, top orchestra A, algebra regular A,

10th grade: english honors A, AP world history A (got a 5 on the exam), chemistry regular A, french A, geometry regular A, top orchestra A

this is going to be my junior year, im taking 3 APs (US history, english, pysch) and honors physics and honors algebra 2. I am the leader of a chamber group outside of school, made it into regional and all state orchestra in tenth grade, do after school orchestra, volunteer with little kids to improve their grades, and i am going to be apart of debate team, and 8 honor societies/clubs because i WANT to join them.

for my SAT, its average: 1500. but if i study this summer im sure it will get better. also i'll take two SAT subject tests when school starts. i took a practice ACT and got a 23, so am i better off taking that or SAT? any suggestions?

i have weighted GPA of 4.09 and un-weighted GPA of 3.99

I need to know a lot more before I can give you feedback on getting into an Ivy League school. Right now your ECs seem average for one of those schools but your test scores aren’t even close.
