One thing that i need to mention is that I am currently in International School;
since my school is relatively small, there are some Pros/Cons

Pros:
-Familylike faculties
-More likely to go to foreign countries for volunteering
-Less competition

Cons:
-NO AP COURSES- only by online classes
-Does not offer weighted GPAs

I'm seriously concerned with AP courses that my school only offers by
'online classes'.

I do take honors, but no IB- again my school is relatively small

Some questions that i'd like to ask you all:

1)Your comments? Imagine that you are sitting on the desk, drinking coffee, and skimming my resume...

2)I am thinking of majoring Hotel Administration; what AP courses can help my reputation?

3)Again, my school is International School and small- do you think this is an advantage or a disadvantage?

Note that I'm male, Asian-American, gregarious but sometimes enjoy in solitude. Thanks for reading! =] Big smiley for you

I think that you have a very good chance of getting in. Your GPA, SAT Score, and SAT II Scores are all very nice. The amount of volunteer work that you’ve done is also quite impressive.

About your concerns regarding AP Courses, if your school does not offer them, they will usually make of a note of it when sending your transcript to the college. As long as Cornell sees that you’re challenging yourself with you course selections, they won’t hold the fact that you’re not taking many AP Courses against you.

Hope this helps! I truly believe that you have an excellent shot of getting in. The only thing that I might want to add is to get some more EC’s in business, management, and that kind of thing since you’re applying to the Hotel School.

Very good shot at getting in. However, you should either get some relevant work experience or work on a really passionate essay to show why you would be good for Hotel school.
