(bad my first 2 years in HS,but junior year 4.0,my gpa is improving each year)
AP/IB classes:8 total first 3 years, planning to take about 2 more senior year. Also, if the class i didnt take was AP it was honors/gifted

*i know i need more extracurriculars higher GPA and SAT but im halfway through my junior year and plan on apply early admish next fall, any thoughts on my chances at acceptance.</p>
<p>GPA is very low for Tech, as you know. I know someone who had a 3.7, 1960 SAT and got denied from Tech, also a GA resident. Try to get SATs in the 2000s. Acceptance is not looking very good now, but there is time for improvement. Good luck!

<p>I think it is a low reach with ur stats. I got rejected with a 1940 SAT( 20 points more in CR and W) and ~3.9 GPA, but I am an international.</p>
