Chances to get into Ivy Leagues?

I am an Indian Student, currently studding in 12th grade in science stream (Maths, Physics, Chemistry). From the past 3-4 years I am interested in Computer Science and have gained a small stack of achievements. Some of the best ones Include, Google Code-in Grand Prize Winner [<a href="http://google-opensource.blogspot.in/2012/02/google-code-in-2011-grand-prize-winners.html%5D%5B/url">http://google-opensource.blogspot.in/2012/02/google-code-in-2011-grand-prize-winners.html][/url</a>] and Speaker at The Hacker Conference [<a href="http://blog.thehackersconference.com/2012/07/aneesh-dogra-will-talk-on-how-to-make.html%5D%5B/url">http://blog.thehackersconference.com/2012/07/aneesh-dogra-will-talk-on-how-to-make.html][/url</a>], for a more exhaustive list, you can see my linked-in profile (Aneesh Dogra - India | LinkedIn).

Plus, I am also taking some online classes on Coursera and Udacity which give out certificates and till date I have got 2 from Udacity with Highest Distinction.

Academics :-

Well, frankly I am a bit fuzzy in academics. Here in India we don't have GPA's so here are my Percentages in 9th, 10th and 11th

9th: 78%
10th: 8.6 CGPA
11th: 70% (but stood 5th in my Class)
and I expect to hit somewhere near 85% in 12th.

Which I know is not good for Ivy Leagues especially.

Exams :-

I have registered myself for the SAT I exam in the month of October. After that I will be taking ACT, TOEFL and SAT Subject tests in Physics, Maths Level 2, and AP tests in Math Calculus Level 2 and Computer Science.

Questions :-

1) Should I even think about Ivy Leagues?
2) What can I do to improve my chances?
3) What kind of min scores would I require in the Exams specified above?
