Chances to these schools?

My dream school is UW but I feel that is unlikely due to my low test scores so I compiled a list of schools I'm going to apply to and I'm just curious what schools I have a good chance of getting into.

Currently going to be a Senior starting with a 3.3 unweighted GPA.
Got an 1350 on SAT and 20 on the ACT. I do plan to retake since I been studying.
Involved with a multi media community youth program.
Involved with a community radio station.
Involved with Planned Parenthood's Teen Council.
2 years of debate.
AP Music Theory and 4 credits of honor courses so far.
Will be taking AP Bio and AP Psych and running start English and Math.
Have had three jobs since I been 14.
Latino student.

My list of schools are University of Washington, Portland State University, University of Colorado Boulder, University of Utah (instate), University of Denver, University of Oregon, Washington State University, University of Portland, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Colorado State Fort Collins.

So I'm asking basically what colleges I have an excellent chance of getting into and what colleges not so much.

UWA: High reach
U Utah: Low match
WSU: Match
Portland State: Low match
CU-Boulder: Match
Seattle: High match
U Oregon: Match/High match
U Portland: Reach
Seattle Pacific: Match/High match
Ft. Collins: Low match
Denver: Reach

You’re taking AP/Honors classes, I believe you can earn a much higher ACT/SAT test score. You’r unweighted GPA is fairly low, but if you work on your test scores I think you have a great chance at these schools because you’re ECs are strong.

Right on, yeah like I’m a very good student just a poor test taker.
