You have a pretty impressive resume. Good EC’s help you too.
The first 5 you put on that list, and i would even argue Madison are reaches for anyone, especially for the state schools where you are not in state. you would be competitive there but it is anyone’s bet as to those. For UIUC, OSU, and UMN, I would say your chances are pretty good, as UIUC and UMN are fits, and OSU is a safety. Best of Luck to you!!

Safety: Pretty Much any other state school, Maryland could be a good one, Syracuse, Rutgers, Michigan St
