Hey guys. I had a rough two years of high school, I had a serious disease and was in hospital basically the whole of freshman and sophomore years. When I got back full time junior and senior years I took the most classes I could and the most rigorous and ended with a 3.8 U and 4.1 W junior year. In addition I was founder of pre med club, chair of prom committee, member of honor council (4 years) and middle school mentor. I volunteered 642 hours at a vet clinic, and 245 at my city zoo. I also created a non-profit organization and certified it (it’s doing very well in the LA area)
I have gone through some tough times but I have done a lot to overcome what happened with my disease those first two years which I am addressing in my essays. I have a 3.5 and 1330 on the SAT, Im white female and Im from LA and go to a top private school.
