Chances?

<p>I am currently a high school sophomore and I was wondering what are my chances of getting into Middlebury.
Resume
Academics: Honors Algebra2/Trig., Honors English, Honors Chemistry, AP European History, and Spanish level three
GPA: 95 unweighted(4.0)
Athletics: Member of Varsity Tennis and Varsity Swimming teams for two years
Extra-Curricular Activities: Member of school orchestra where I play the violin. I have been studying privately for five years. In addition, I also played the piano for ten years. And I competed in music festivals such as, NYSSMA, Area All State, and BCMEA.
Working Experience: Volunteer at local hospital pharmacy(150+ hours completed) and a future research assistant at the Economics Department at SUNY Binghamton.
Summer Camps: Harvard Summer School( Summer 2011) and Summer Institute for the Gifted(Summer 2010).
Future plans for next year:
Planning on taking AP English, AP US History, IB Physics, IB Spanish, Honors Pre-Calculus, and Macro/Microeconomic Theory at Suny Binghamton.</p>

<p>Looks like you have a solid chance to get into Middlebury. Just make sure to ace the SAT or ACT. Other than that, your profile looks really good. That being said, however, you need to make yourself stand out among other applicants. Drive home the musical talent and make sure your essay is good.</p>

<p>Its hard to say because you don’t have much of an academic record yet, no test scores yet. Your PSAT scores (take it this fall) will be useful predictors of your SAT scores. Your ECs look good but the key is to show leadership in whatever you do but remember to do what you like to do. Take hard classes, do well, repost in 6 months with your scores.</p>

<p>looking at that it looks like your chances of getting in are very good. but midd is a different school, theyre looking for more than just numbers - they want to see leadership. they want to see kids who can challenge themselves. and i believe the best way for you to show that is through or common app essay or/and your activities. </p>

<p>i got into midd with an 1830…that just serves to prove that midd is genuinely looking beyond the numbers.</p>
