<p>if my SAT critical reading is below the 25th percentile at miami (my math is within the range), how often do they overlook that if my gpa is in the accepted range from my school, i have tons of extracurriculars relating to my intended major of international studies, im a supervisor at my job, and i have 200 hours of international community service? i am in contact with the admissions officer who will be reading my application and she says she knows that i love miami and i applied ED</p>
<p>I’m in a similar position…I’m hopeful that they can overlook my SAT’s and see me more for my strong EC’s and leadership (I did apply EA though bc the admissions director recommended me to do so instead of ED)…</p>
