Chances?

Hi everyone!
Do I have any chances at getting accepted to Haverford? I’m a high school junior planning on studying psychology.

GPA unweighted: 3.35
GPA weighted: 3.57
ACT: 31 superscored, 30 without superscoring
I have one C+ and one D on my transcript (alg. 2/trig and chemistry) but everything else is A’s and B’s. (very rough sophomore year that I plan to discuss in my essay). I’m also getting straight A’s in precalc this year and that teacher is writing a rec letter for me, if that makes any difference.
the GPA’s are only based on freshman and sophomore year, junior year hasn’t been accounted for but I am getting straight A’s

EC’s:
GSA - member
Diversity Club - member
Acts of Goodness - founding member
Mindfulness Ambassadors - founding member
lots of volunteer work with children with special needs (about 6 hrs./week)
assisted school psychologist and social worker in a mindfulness course for incoming freshmen at my high school
next year I plan to volunteer at a hospice care facility in addition to what I am currently doing

I’m also doing an Intel research project that I will finish in November of senior year. It’s measuring the relationship between parents’ eating habits and the presence (if any) of disordered eating in their children, as well as mindful eating.

AP’s:
junior year - Psych, English Comp.
senior year - Environmental, Calc AB

accelerated in math and science (no honors in my school)
school doesn’t rank but is very competitive and well-known

Thank you!

You may have a shot as long as your grades remain high in Junior and Senior year. Right now, I would say “no” - it’s unlikely they would choose you, but maybe if you turn it around and can show them that you can handle advanced work, they will consider you. Also, if you’re a male, your chances are better. The extracurriculars are definitely a plus. Good luck!
