I’m a sophomore. I know that I most likely going at this pretty early. I want to know what my chances are (So far), along with some things that I should work on. My dream school is MIT, but I’ve also been researching others (West point, Caltech, and others)

I scored a 1310(97th percentile) on the psat this year.
I’m taking AP World history this year. I’ve been participating in PLTW engineering classes both this year and last year, and plan on continuing. I’ve taken honors classes in english for since middle school, but my school doesn’t weigh them differently.
I plan on taking the following AP classes next year:
AP Physics, AP chemistry, AP Lit, AP US History, and maybe AP Bio (I’m not sure exactly how many AP classes I will end up taking . My school offers 9. I plan on taking AP Calc my senior year and maybe AP German.
Extracurricular Stuff:
*I’m on my school’s rifle team. I volunteer to help out with new members. Ranked around 36/70 at state last year, but have improved tremendously. I want to participate in rifle for 4-h this year.
*Supermileage team - the team won first place in the state competition last year. Hope to win again this year.
*Nanoline robotics team - qualified for regionals
*TSA
- participating in the state coding competition this year. The club has thought about going to nationals next year, if there is enough interest. I’m running for an officer position (5 available positions, and only 6 people are running)

My family doesn’t make much. I was also in foster care for 4-5 ish years before being adopted when I was 12.
