<p>yes, although they can't transfer, you will have a chance to take a validation test in each. You also have to volunteer for chem 222 as well as do well on the validation tests, but its well worth it. So, keep yourself up on those classes and your life will be easier.</p>
<p>For Physics, fair warning, of over a 100 freshman (including me) that tried to validate, only 7 passed the exam. I didn't, it was ridiculously hard and I took Pre-AP and AP Physics C in HS! Take the AP test if you can because they will accept that instead.</p>

<p>I would say Chemistry, for a couple reasons.</p>
<ol>
<li><p>It is an intensive course here at USAFA, especially for freshmen who have never had it. If you can go through Chem 141 knowing half the material or even get into the advanced class, your life will be a lot easier. </p></li>
<li><p>Physics is almost impossible to validate, and apparently the advanced class is not much different from the original class, harder if nothing else, yet without much benefit unless you want to go into physics.</p></li>
