What are my chances as a transfer non matric student?

high school:
3.28 GPA 1740 SATs
Really good extracurriculars; all state athlete twos years in a row, a couple jobs, some volunteer work, etc.
One semester at community college with an A and two Bs probably

They say that non matric is just as competitive as full time student which I think is true to some degree but not entirely. I know i probably wouldn't get in as a regular student but would non matric help?

I know a freshman girl going there who had stats like you. She got wait listed at TCNJ but they accepted her because of lacrosse so talk to the coach of your sport and see what he/she can do. I will caution you, TCNJ is demanding. My girlfriend goes there and currently (she's a freshman as well) has 3 ten-page papers due at the end of the semester as well as a presentation on one of the papers plus upcoming finals. So decided if the work load is even worth it to you. Hope that helps
